If you do want to pay by Credit/Debit Card you can request a Paypal Invoice by emailing;
paypal@forkliftagency.co.uk quoting your account reference and invoice number. We will also be setting up the Google Checkout system shortly for quick and easy payment by Credit/Debit card.

All non-account customers are invoiced as soon as the booking is confirmed, we automatically give 7 days to pay from date of invoice, All bookings must have been paid in full before the date of training.

Account Customers are given 30 days to pay from date of invoice, invoices are produced the final day of training and certificates will be processed next business day.

Certificates will be posted 1st Class, proof of postage is charged at 65p, please inform us at the time of booking if this is required.

Forklift Agency Ltd and Small Busy Web reserve the right to charge interest after 30 days at a rate of 8% above Bank of England's Base Prevailing Base Rate. If the account is not settled in a reasonable period, legal proceedings will be put into action.
