The
UK currently has the least woodland of any European
country. You can help create the new forests in England
by planting a tree.
 |
Our
forests are carefully planted to provide areas of
natural beauty. Places that you will be able to enjoy
quality time with your family and friends.

Forests
for Life is dedicated to planting for our
future.
In a changing world we are making a change. |
 |
Forests
house diverse wildlife. They provide environmental
benefits such as flood control, soil protection,
carbon fixing and landscape enhancement. Forests
clean our air and water, and provide recreational
opportunities. We are planting a future where
couples can walk, families can picnic, and lovers
can cuddle. By planting a forest we grow something
that will last forever.
We
plant broadleaf British trees such as Oak, Ash,
Yew, Alder, Birch, Scots Pine, Rowan and Hazel
in places where they can never be felled unless
diseased. The young trees are protected from
animals, weeds and human disruption.
To
plant a tree is very unique and unusual.
A gift which shows you care for the future,
and
a gift which will last forever.

"Although we
are running a business, making a profit
is not our only objective. We aim to
considerably increase the overall area
of tree cover in the U.K. We hope to
do this by helping to raise awareness
and by planting trees dedicated to others"
