A lambrequin solves the problem of insufficient
space for curtains. Note use of library lights in the fireplace. A
campaign bed and a gout stool make unusual side tables. Chair and
sofa fabrics are from Colefax & Fowler and Warners, while the
footstool is covered in a Marvic fabric. The rug was handmade in
Jordan. A framed Malaysian embroidered silk cushion cover hangs
above the fireplace. Wall lights have been painted to complement
the scheme.
