We have a double room, a twin room and a family room. The family room comprises of a double bed and two single bunks. All of the rooms are refurbished for 2008 and have a television, heater, clothes storage and tea/coffe making facilities, and wonderful views. Close by there are excellent pubs and restaurants and of course, a selection of pasty shops! Alternatively, for the foodies amongst you, there are two superb award winning restaurants within a short drive, that we will be happy to direct you to for your evening meal

The pride of Elm Farm is our famous home cooked breakfast! All of our meat is supplied by local butchers Angus Trotter, who have consistently provided us with really excellent sausage, bacon and Cornish hog's pudding. The free range eggs are from our own chickens,and all other ingredients are of the highest quality. We also provide a range of cereals (including homemade muesli) and are happy to accomodate all diets and tastes with prior notice.

Accommodation can be limited in the peak season, so please book ahead of time, especially in the summer months and at Easter, which start filling up a month or two before.
