How do I get a provisional licence ?

Do I need to take my Theory Test before I start my lessons ?
A. No, you can start your driving lessons as soon as you have your Provisional driving licence. Yo do have to pass the Theory Test before taking your Practical driving test. Full information on the Theory Test can be found at http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Motoring/index.htm
How long will it take me to learn to drive ?
A. Everyone learns at a differnt pace, there is no 'one size fits all' solution. We at Diamond, will tailor you tuition to suit your individual learning style.
How much will it cost ?
A. Obviously it varies depending on the number and type of lessons - please call us to discuss your requirements.
Are there any other pupils in the car?
A. Definitely not. We do not pick up or drop off other pupils in your time.
Do you work weekends?
A. Yes.
Are there any books I should read ?
A. We recommend that you get a copy of the latest version of the Highway Code. The book costs only £2.50 and is an invaluable tool for learning to drive.
