Community network scheme
Community Network is a registered charity which aims to break the isolation faced by many unpaid Carers. The Community Network service hopes to provide friendship groups for Carers using their telephone conferencing facilities.
Each week a group of local carers will be able to get together on the phone to chat about whatever they like.
The service is free, confidential and each group has a facilitator or 'host.'
