Carers Week 2012 will take place during the week 18-23 June.
The Theme fo Carers Week 2012 is 'In Sickness and in Health'
During the campaign we aim to raise the profile of carers by:
• Working with the national and regional media.
• Working with local organisations to promote Carers Week in the media
and their communities.
• Influencing and informing key decision makers.
• Identifying 'hidden carers' through all promotional work as well as
supporting local groups to do the same.
• Encouraging local organisations to work together.
