The Christmas

concert for Intermediates and Seniors separately, we will be arranging the
groups into an Orchestral Concert and a Wind Band Concert as follows:

Sax
Ensemble
Swing
Band
Clarinet
and Flute Ensembles
Senior

Performers
should arrive no later than 5.30pm, in concert dress: smart black and white
with festive additions where appropriate!
The
cost of admission for the audience will be £4 per
person, concessions £3 (senior citizens and children under school age) with
tickets being available on the door. For those attending both concerts a multi
ticket at £6 per person will be available. This will help to cover the cost of
the hire of the hall for the evening.
We will
be providing refreshments suitable to the festive occasion for a particularly
small charge, and I would be very grateful if you could let Christine, or me, know
if you can offer any help with serving these. Also, a raffle will be held
during the events and we would be grateful for any donations of suitable raffle
prizes. These can be handed to conductors at centre, left in the Music Centre
Office or brought along on the day.
And
finally, while you have your diary to hand, please note that the Gala concerts at The Assembly Rooms are on
Sunday 28th March 2010.
We look
forward to seeing you there, and thank you for your support,
Yours
sincerely,
Director
of Music,
Leader
