Forthcoming Swing Band events

The Derby Music Centre Swing Band has been invited to play at two events this term:

Saturday 14^th November 2009

Charity event at St Mary’s Parish Centre, Darley Lane, Derby

The performance will begin at 7.45 pm and last 45 minutes. Please arrive at the Parish Centre in concert dress by 7.15pm. We are aware of the CCWB residential course at the Hayes, and if you are already booked onto that course, please indicate this on the reply slip below.

Saturday 12^th December 2009

Christmas fundraising performance at the Westfield Centre, Derby

The Swing Band will be playing between 10.00am and 11.30am and players should arrive by 9.30am. Further details of this event will be issued nearer the time.

Please complete the reply slip below to confirm your attendance for these performances, and return it to Sarah in the office by 10^th October. As always, every player is a valuable member of the team, and we need to know urgently if you are not available due to prior engagements.
