The FastPass System - At five of the rides in Disneyland Park (Big Thunder, Star Tours, Space Mountain, Peter Pan and Indiana Jones) and four in Walt Disney Studios there is a machine (pictured right) that will allow you to insert your park ticket and obtain a FastPass ticket in return.  The FastPass ticket allows you to return to the ride at any point between the times printed on the ticket and use a separate entrance to bypass the queues which are an inevitable feature of busier days in the park.  However it is worth noting that the allocation for these tickets is limited and Peter Pan often runs out before midday when the park is busy.
 

The Little People - There are height restrictions of 1.2m and 1.4m for some rides.  This can be very frustrating for those just short of that given height. With Big Thunder it's very important to abide by this as the safety bar doesn't really restrain very small people, but on Indiana and Space Mountain there is a safety margin of 2-3 cm (an inch or two), so something worn inside the heel of the 'little person's' shoe might make a difference!!
 

Disney Shows (click here for details)- The shows and parades in Disneyland Paris are little short of stunning. Mulan, in Cafe Hyperion, is unmissable by any standards and normally shows four times a day. The Chapperal Theatre in Frontierland also stages some great productions, albeit with a slightly more schmaltzy flavour. The best, however, have to be the three parades, of which the Main Street Electrical parade is world-renowned.
 

Remember - You can leave the park at anytime just as long as you remember to get your hand stamped. They stamp hands on the right as you leave the park and readmit you at the opposite side (sometimes in the middle if the weather's bad). You will need your original tickets for readmission as well as your hand stamp.
