| Julia Morgan was part of the pioneer team who set up The King's. School In Witney in 1984. She has taught in both the infant and junior departments and now has oversight of the Primary School. |
| Phill Moon was envisioned with Christian Education after the birth of their first son and pursued it to the extent that in 1993 he and his wife, Audrey, together with others who shared their vision, started a school for 27 children in Bradford. The number has now grown to 190. |
| Graham Coyle has been Headmaster at the River School, Worcester for 5 years but has been at the school for 10 years. He also serves CST on the Core team and leads the profile group. He is married with two children. His recent claim to fame was completing the London marathon. |
| David Freemen was founding head teacher of The King's School in Oxfordshire for 17 years. Since 2001 he travels widely in the UK, Africa, India and other countries training teachers and establishing schools. David has been involved in CST since its inception and is now Assistant Director, responsible for leading the policy and development team. |
| Phil Williamson was originally a chemistry teacher and also pastor of a local church in Liverpool. He started the Christian Fellowship School, Liverpool, in 1998 and is the CST representative on EurECA, the European Educators Christian Association. |
| Sylvia Baker was one of the founders of Trinity Christian School, Stalybridge, Greater Manchester, and has worked in the school since its opening in 1978, for fifteen years as Head Teacher. Her present role includes writing and research connected with Christian education. |
| Hilary Reeves is married to Mike and has two adult children both of whom were educated in a Christian School and one of whom now teaches in lmmanuel School in Romford. She has chaired CST since 1995, was for some time principal of lmmanuel School and now combines work for Christian Schools Trust with working for the Prophetic Well based in Romford. |

Roger Slack is a lecturer in mathematics who was involved in the founding of a parents' co-operative, Covenant Christian School in Stockport and the development of its curriculum. Together with his wife Ruth he continues to help run the school and also Home Service, a support organisation for Christian home educators. |
