CST provides Teacher Training
and believes that all our teaching must be thoroughly Christian in its content and practice. Therefore we provide:

•   Termly training days for head teachers
•   Residential courses for heads and deputies
•   Residential courses for teachers
•   INSET courses for regional groups of schools
•   INSET courses for whole staff teams
•   One-on-one mentoring

In addition,regular national conferences bring school teams together to receive training and inspiration from international speakers.These conferences attract delegates from Europe, North America, Asia and Africa as well as the UK. CST enjoys links with many countries, and is involved in serving some of these in the setting up of schools and teacher training programmes.
