This is the only site currently online where you the "Public" along with all law enforcement agencies can place profiles of known sex offenders.

Why?

I believe details of all sexual preditors should be on a free to view website, one that is easily accessable. one that you the Profiler get to control the content on your uploaded profiles, where The Victim can have a say too. tell the world what happened to you, let othes know the pain and problems caused by your preditor. maybe your a family member or friend of a victim and want to profile the pervert/s and have your say then again its open to you too. are you in law enforcement? or a child protection team then again your welcome

. dont be alone connect with others who have been through the same  experiences or are professionals

At the database you can:

• Upload details of the pervert
• Upload an image of the pervert
• Give details of their crimes/ convicted offences
• Tell your story.
• Catagiorise them
• Look for offenders
• See who is wanted
• postal locations will be on line soon

. Is the site free?

• No, there is a small administration charge as a one off payment via paypal to be safe. (Currently £2.99 GBP apx $4.77) for the life of the profile page.
• the payments are billed from "BLARBIZZ" not the site name
•  ( you may update or change the profile)

Do you have to supply your details ?

• The only details you will need to supply for the site is your current email address to activate profile and others may wish to contact you and you can do this on site or to your own e mail address,
• you will also pay via paypal with your credit/debit card or paypayl account. but this information is not held on the site.

How do you profile a pervert / offender etc?

• profileing is simple here are the basic steps and as we have set the site up simular to a dating site you should find it easy to use

0. Click on link (left ) "Database" this will take you to the secure site
0. click the join button
0. This is the important part fill in the profile pages with the offenders details NOT YOURS
0. Make sure you add your email adress
0. upload offenders picture and use the cropping tool ( this makes the picture fit the site.
0. confirm your email and pay fee
0. you can now edit and add more details or pictures as you need
