Situated in the heart of the Lincolnshire village of Ingoldmells on the busy A52, the countryman is a family friendly pub known locally as "The Locals Local".

The Countryman is the home of "Leila Cottage Brewery" the first brewery in Ingoldmells since 1898 and also the Poachers Pantry, the in house restaurant serving good quality home made foods."

Here at the Countryman, Leila Cottage Brewery and Poachers Pantry, we pride ourselves on supporting local trade and charities. We are a member of Tastes of Lincolnshire, whereby we use as much local produce as possible in the production of meals from our kitchen. And the beer we produce stands as an advocate(or ambassador) for all things local.
