Terms and Conditions
1. The Hirer shall have the right to occupy the Property specified on the
confirmation for the agreed period.
2. The Hirer is responsible for the safety of all children in the booked party
while staying at Connetts Farm.
3. No other persons, other than those in the booked party, may stay in the
cottage and no visitors are allowed without prior permission from the
management.
4. The booking is not transferable.
5. In the event of cancellation by the Hirer within 6 weeks of the date of
arrival, or non-arrival, the full amount due is payable.
6. In the unlikely event of the owners having to cancel any confirmed
booking, their liability will be limited to the refund in full of any monies
paid.
7. Unless otherwise specified, a deposit is not required. Payment in full
on arrival in pounds sterling please.
8. The Hirer will permit the owners or his agents the right of entry to
the property for the purpose of inspection or to carry out repairs.
9. The arrangement of any cancellation/theft/damage insurance cover
required by the Hirer is the responsibility of the Hirer.
10. Bed linen, towels, heating, electricity and water is provided with no extra
charge.
11. Bookings are from 15:00 on day of arrival to 10:30 on day of departure
unless otherwise agreed
12. Guests are requested not to cause annoyance or nuisance to other residents
and to leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition.
13. No pets are allowed in the cottages.
14. The owners reserve the right to evict from their property ,
any persons at any time deemed by them to be in breach of
these terms and conditions, without refund of any monies paid.
