Deputy Customer Service Team Leader required for position within our clients Mayfair Branch.

Your duties will include managing all aspects of the collection of the branch’s point of sale charges whilst representing the Customer service function at both Branch & Area level.

 

Responsibilities include:

Ø  Oversee all aspects of the Book of Controls

Ø  Ensure satisfactory ratings are achieved in relation to Group Internal Audit, Compliance audits and testing undertaken by the Area Office.

Ø  Ensure best practices are communicated and shared with direct reports and colleagues.

Ø  Help drive the Compliance agenda in the branch through regular communication to the wider team.

Ø  Responsibility and accountability for intensive management of allocated complex portfolio of vulnerable and impaired borrower connections.

Ø  Ensuing that successful recovery/loss minimization strategies and action plans are set for all customer connections in your portfolio, seeking our innovative solutions where applicable. Ensuring effective monitoring and control of all such action plans.
