The Tenants’ Initiative Scheme (TIS) One of the most popular funding opportunities we offer is the Tenants' Initiative Scheme (TIS). The Tenants’ Initiative Scheme gives residents a chance to get a grant from the Council to make improvements to their estates and neighbourhoods. The maximum grant is £7000, and successful bids have included flowerbeds, bike sheds, seating, security improvements and play equipment. |
