Residents Associations

Every year, The Cambridge Federation organises a Tenants Garden Competition. With a variety of categories (for example: Best Tubs & Baskets, Children’s garden, Communal Garden, Best Natural/Wildlife garden), there is something for everyone. We invite special guest judges (last year, the Head Gardener of Wimpole National Trust Estate) who are on hand to help judge the gardens and award the prizes. Each year the diversity of tenants coming forward as gardeners keeps widening - young and old, retired and working, able-bodied and disabled, lone gardeners and gardening groups.

The 2008 Tenants’ Gardens Competition

This year’s competition will be held in the 31st July. The closing date for entries is the 16th July. There will be a prize giving event on the 6th August.
