Thursday 30th November saw chart toppers Snow Patrol play to a packed Newcastle Metro Arena.  The group asked those on the guest list to make a donation of £10 and selected Byker Bridge Housing Association to be the main beneficiary of the collection.

 

Louise Marsh, Fundraising Officer said ‘We are delighted to be chosen by Snow Patrol as the local charity they wish to support in Newcastle.  It is gratifying that such a high profile band would choose to support an organisation that looks after people who are disadvantaged by homelessness particularly at this time of year’.
