• Decide on a plan with your Architect or have the design team at BuildaKit draw it up.



• Apply for planning permission. This can be done by your Architect or the Buildakit team.



• Once planning approval is granted apply to your local authority for building regulations approval together
  with the SAP calcs. Again this can be done by your Architect or by the Buildakit team.



• We are now ready to provide a detailed quotation together with a timber frame specification.



• Once our quote is agreed, our design technicians will prepare detailed layouts and sections showing opening sizes and connection details for your approval.



• Engineers calculations are prepared.



• On receipt of approvals our designers will prepare manufacturing details and after undergoing a thorough
  check, drawings will be issued to the factory floor.



• Timber frame panels are assembled and packs are bundled together for distribution.



• Items are loaded onto a wagon and delivered to your site.



• The Buildakit team are available to offer advice and solutions throughout the entire project.
