Train4u Terms and conditions
Places on courses are offered subject to availability and to the terms and conditions listed below.
R L & R M Bransby trading as Facilities Staff Training or Train4u (the trainers) will endeavour to provide the courses advertised but reserve the right to cancel any course for any reason without notice. If a course is cancelled without notice resulting in delegates travelling to the course venue the trainers will recompense travel costs up to £10 per delegate unless the cancellation is due to circumstances outside the trainers control such as flood, fire, malicious damage or any similar occurrence. The trainers will attempt to contact learners in the event of a short notice cancellation to offer an alternative date.
Delegates or persons booking (the learners) may substitute another person to take a booked place and should advise the trainers on the first day of the course of the substitution. Substituted delegates should familiarize themselves with relevant course information and eligibility criteria before the start of the course.
Learners must provide the trainers with current contact details such as an e-mail address or a mobile phone number to facilitate short notice cancellations or alterations to course details. An e-mail sent by the trainers to the given e-mail address or a message left on a phone number will be deemed as notification of the cancellation or alteration.
Learners may cancel any booking up to 21 days before the first day of the course and will receive a full refund by electronic transfer to a designated bank account less £5 per delegate administration fee. Cancellations received later than 21 days before the first day of the course will not receive any refund. Cancellations should be made by e-mail to rlbransby@btconnect.com or in writing to R Bransby 7A Glebe Road Warlingham CR6 9HR. The cancellation is not deemed to have been made until acknowledgement of the cancellation has been made, such acknowledgement being given as soon as practically possible.
Prices, dates and course details may be subject to change due to changes imposed by law, awarding bodies or other factors outside the trainers control. The trainers will endeavour to inform learners of significant changes and the learner may take the option of cancelling the booking without being subject to any cancellation fee.
Bookings for courses are only accepted once payment has been made. Provisional bookings may be declined if payment is not received 21 days before a course start date.
Delegates must comply with the trainers equal opportunities, diversity and health & safety policies and show respect to other course delegates and their views. A delegate failing to meet these standards may be asked to leave the course. Delegates may be required to show photographic identification such as a photo drivers licence or passport to the trainers in order to meet the requirements of awarding bodies.
Learners who fail to attend a booked course will not receive a refund.
