Prefer not to pay using Pay pal?

If you do not have a Pay pal account or prefer not to pay using Pay pal there are two alternative ways of paying:

1 send a cheque for the full amount payable to Facilities Staff Training, 7A Glebe Road, Warlingham, CR6 9NG providing the following information

Number of places booked

Your name

Organisation (if applicable)

Address

Telephone number

e-mail address

Please e-mail this information to rlbransby@btconnect.com to ensure the places are available

 

2 E-mail rlbransby@btconnect.com with the above information and we will reply with details of the bank account details for BAC's transfer

 

Discounts and terms and conditions

If 3 places are booked on the same course we will give you a 5% discount. If 6 places are booked on the same course we will give you a 10% discount. To make a discounted booking please e-mail rlbransby@btconnect.com with your request and we can confirm if the places you need are available and give you details to make a direct payment into our bank. For more than 10 delegates it is often cheaper to have your own course, so contact rlbransby@btconnect.com to obtain an exact quotation

Terms and conditions key points
You may cancel a booking up to 21 days before the first course date for a full refund less £5 administration fee per person
You may substitute another person to take your place up to the first day of the course
We may cancel any course without notice and we will let you know as soon as we can and will return your fees. For full details of terms click here
