Display Screen Equipment Risk Assessment

Half Day

Aim:    
Provide an understanding of the need to carry out risk assessment in relation to use of display screen equipment (DSE). The programme will include an examination of the legal requirement for risk assessment, the nature of the hazards associated with DSE and factors to take into account when assessing risk. The concept of selecting appropriate control measures and safe use of DSE will be examined. Delegates will look at the requirement to maintain records and the need for review and monitoring DSE assessments
