The contest will be held at the Morley Rugby Club, Scatcherd Lane, Morley, West Yorkshire.

 The club can be approached from the M62 from the West by Exit 27 and following the signs to Morley.  MAP

The three hotels listed below are in the immediate area of the tournament

There are obviously many more in the Leeds area. 

 

Leeds/Bradford (South) Premier Travel Inn.

 

Has 42 rooms, 18 can be as twins or family rooms

Travel Inn is attached to Brewers Fayre  “The Old Brickwork’s” where meals are available as is children’s play barn.

This seems to be a good deal if you want to spend 3 nights especially if there are 2 or more

32 Rooms adjacent to the accommodation is the “Angel Inn” a Toby carvery pub, this pub has a good reputation for food can get busy at weekends.

The Old Vicarage (AA 2 Star)

 

A nice B/B 2 minutes walk form the shooting field no evening meals at the weekend, possibly the best bet if you intend to stay just one night.

Things to do nearby,

 

Showcase cinema, KFC, Pizza hut, TGI Friday, Frankie and Benies, and numerous other eateries.

Junction 27 retail trading estate with Ikea and the usual outlets.

Slightly further afield are Leeds 4 Miles and Bradford 5Miles

 

In Leeds there is lots to see and do main attractions are,"The Royal Armouries" FREE ENTRY and good for a whole day and anyone who doesn’t like history stuff can wander off into the city centre."Brewary Wharf" is also worth a visit History of brewing and pubs.

For those who wish to party till 5am Leeds is well known for its nightlife

 

In Bradford there’s the National museum of Film and Photography FREE ENTRY there is also an Imax Cinema although you have to pay to go in there.

For anyone who likes a curry then Bradford is the place, its impossible to mention even a fraction of the things you could do whilst in Morley and surrounding area.
