Getting started
The best way to get started is to
come along to a have-a-go day when members
of the public and friends are invited to try out the sport. The next
Have-a-go will be on the first May Bank Holiday.
There will be a small charge. All
children must be accompanied by an adult during the have-a-go. Minimum
age is 8.

Have-a-go
Sorry- Next sessions in
2009
You do not need to have any archery equipment as this will be provided
on the day. However, you will need to wear suitable clothing. Aim to
keep warm and dry by wearing two or three thin layers. Try and select
clothing that is not too baggy, especially on the upper body and arms.
again, wear sensible shoes or boots. As we cannot guarantee good
weather, bring something waterproof.
A limited range of refreshments will be available.
To book your place or to find out more about have-a-go days and
training courses contact John Mirfield e-mail

Learning to shoot
If you have already had a taste of archery and want to
take it further you will
need to go on a course before you can join any archery club. If you are
