If your fleet consists of Dennis Dart, Mercedes Vario or Optare Solo vehicles which are fitted with the Allison AT545 transmission, then look no further. Bluestripe have transmission solutions to suit your needs.

We offer both fully reconditioned and ‘used’ AT series transmissions. The high level of new parts fitted in our remanufactured transmissions creates a wealth of good second hand spares which we utilize in our ‘used specification.

Assembly and test is identical for both build specifications, so, if you do not wish to go to the expense of buying a fully remanufactured unit then take the potential risk of out of scrap yard cut-outs and purchase yourself a reliable, rebuilt ‘used’ transmission instead.

Once the major player in bus transmissions, there are still some of these reliable, old vehicles in service.

Although our stock is limited to Olympian/Titan and Tiger Hydracyclic specification, we are still able to offer exchange or cost of repair on many versions of the Pneumocyclic transmission.

Transmissions are remanufactured at our Stourbridge facility in line with our ISO9002 Quality System.

All assemblies carry a minimum 12 months warranty with an option for 18 or 24 months if required. Delivery is by our own transport (fitted with its own hydraulic crane for your convenience).
