Bluebell Research is a small consultancy in the Higher Education sector, offering advice and services to a range of clients including universities, professional bodies and private companies in the UK and elsewhere.

Bluebell has special expertise in dealing with issues that arise in large research collaborations. This has formed the basis for successful Workshops and other training events throughout Europe on setting up and managing consortia in the EU's 6th Framework Programme. Bluebell Research has also been closely involved in preparations for the 7th Framework Programme that started on 1 January 2007.

Bluebell Research works in close collaboration with Yellow Research in The Netherlands. The two companies bring together a unique combination of expertise in all aspects of research management and technology transfer in a university environment. The collaboration, based on long-standing professional and personal contacts, has already resulted in a successful series of Workshops to help universities and research institutes to prepare for the new financial arrangements in FP7.
