Pavilion Bookings

The BedZED Pavilion is available for hire for day, evening and weekend seminars or events. It can comfortably hold 60 people in theatre layout or around tables, or 12-20 for activity classes.

· Reception / social area with a beverage servery area

· Community room / seminar space at mezzanine level for up to 70 people

· Separate ‘Green Room’ for smaller meetings, therapies, counselling etc  

· Toilets, Wheelchair lift

· Outdoor adjoining open area

 

Fees

Main Pavilion:

Local community groups £15/hour (if the activity is open to the community) or £20/hour

Private individuals and groups £20.00/hr

Charity/Not-for-profit £20.00/hr

Corporate/Government £30.00/hr

Self service teas/coffees/ biscuits £2.50 per head per day

Event catering service can be arranged on request.

Green Room:

£10 per hour.

Kitchen:

£5 per hour when bookng the Pavilion; otherwise please call if you want to book kitchen alone.

A current food handling certificate is required for all people using the kitchen - proof will be required.
