Projection screen size - how big should your screen be and how far from the floor?

There are a number of factors invovled in calculating this:

• How high is your ceiling?
• How far away will people sit?
• How close will people sit?
• What format screen will you be using?
• What sort of material will you be displaying?
• How is your seating arranged?

Lighting design

This is critical to making the best of any audio visual system. Use the right number of controllable circuits to make the most of your expensive display whilst still being able to see other participants and take notes. Change the room lighting to make it suitable for video conferencing or dining. Let us work with your interior designer, architect or electrical contractor.

Balanced audio - we are always being asked about this. It is a way of sending audio signals over long distances and in electrically noisy environments and still getting a clean signal at the end. Here is a simple diagram that shows how. By the way, a differential amplifier amplifies the difference between two signals.
