On occasion, when Dr Lloyd-Thomas is away TLT Medical will engage the assistance of associate practitioners. Patients will be advised by the surgical secretaries if this is the case. Whilst linked with TLT Medical Ltd., associates are independent practitioners. They are colleagues of calibre and experience.
Dr Evans undertook her medical training at Oxford University (BA) and then Guy’s & St Thomas’ Hospitals. She qualified in 1996 (MB BS). She became a Member of the Royal College of Physicians in 1999 (MRCP) and a Fellow of the Royal College of Anaesthetists in 2004 (FRCA). She has been a consultant anaesthetist at Great Ormond Street Hospital since 2008. Her specialist interests include anaesthesia for ENT surgery, neurosurgery and general surgery. She has a particular interest in the difficult paediatric airway and is one of the airway leads within the department of anaesthesia at Great Ormond Street Hospital.
Dr Liversedge studied medicine at the University of Leeds Medical School, graduating in 2000 (MBChB). During this time he also gained an honours degree in Anatomy (BSc). His anaesthetic training was based at Guy's and St Thomas's hospital in London and he became a Fellow of the Royal Gollege of Anaesthetists (FRCA) in 2007. Since 2011, he has been working as a consultant anaesthetist at Great Ormond Street Hospital, where he has set up and leads the anaesthetic pre-operative assessment clinics. His areas of special expertise include anaesthesia for children of all ages having ear, nose and throat surgery, plastic surgery, ophthalmic surgery and neurosurgery. He also has an interest in digital healthcare and teaching with high fidelity simulation.
