The apartment  is 52m2 and consists of a living room/kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. There is a space in the underground car park, accessed via lift, and a sunny South-East facing balcony. Built in 2006, the apartment is furnished to a luxury standard with fully equipped kitchen, shower room, underfloor heating, tv, dvd and wireless broadband internet access. There are twin beds in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. It is located right beside the main piste into Grimentz, a few yards from the telecabine. The village centre, the supermarket, restaurants, bars and the swimming pool are all within a few minutes walk.
