Short story “Greenaway”,

I learned that John Binns was to edit one of the Big Finish short story
collections (called A Universe of Terrors) and so I asked him for submission details. He
explained that he had already commissioned the 14 stories for that book, but as
he would also be editing future volumes too he would consider my suggestions
for either Steel Skies or Life Sciences. I decided I liked the
sound of the first of these, we agreed a commission in May 2003, and I
delivered the manuscript in July. We discussed whether it should be two short
stories, but it was eventually published as one.
I’ll provide more information about the writing process once the book
has been published and available for a while—to say anything else at this stage
will spoil the fun!
