Aims and Objectives

Angel Care Support Ltd’ Mission Statement is to provide a level of excellence in the delivery of personal care and associated domestic care to service users in the home environment, to a standard of excellence which embraces the fundamental principle of good practice within health and Social Care.

To assist service users to achieve and maintain their independence through personal rights to control their lives and make informal choices and wishes about the services they receive.

To promote and ensure a high standard of personal and practical care to children and adults within their own homes or a community setting.

To provide services, this may include specialist provisions within the available human resources and the ability of the service user to fund such services.

To ensure services are provided to meet the assessed needs of the service users, and to ensure services are delivered as planned to a high standard, in a manner which recognises the rights of the service user to exercise choice and independence.

To maintain positive external relationships with clients and their support networks including other professionals and multi agency organizations within health and social care services.

To maintain positive relationships with external organisations such as transport, health and education

Providing a quality service which is reliable, flexible to service users needs, and with the intention of being affordable and easily accessible from a local base. This provision will enable service users to maintain their dignity and independence within an appropriate care setting,

Create an environment of trust, by seeking consent where possible and appropriate, emphasising respect for service users and their care network.

To support young people in making their own decisions (whilst taking into account Health & Safety and Child Protection Issues).

To have key individuals who are trained in adult protection and who will have a responsibility for being the lead persons for adult protection within the company.
