Angel Care Support has trained its staff to assist in the following:
Child/Young Person:
We provide a service for children/young people and their families. Dealing with particular and complex needs.

Live in Care:
Providing 24 hr care and service needs 7 days a week.
Dementia and Mental Health Needs:
Working in conjunction with Mental Health Authorities, supporting service users and their carers with mental health challenges.
Learning Disabilities:
Enabling and supporting people with Learning Disabilities to live as independently as possible. Promoting social intervention through other service provisions.

Physical Disability:
Providing support to enable those with a disability to live as independently as possible.

Palliative Care:
Providing comfort and support to terminally ill service users and supporting families through their bereavement.
Elderly:
Assisting elderly people with their daily challenges, and goals to enable them to grow old with dignity and grace.

Hospital Discharge:
Assisting in the road to recovery and providing an after care service where required.
