Michael Edwards

Michael Edwards works in oils, acrylics and watercolour including subjects such as landscape, marine, still life and portraits. Based in an attractive village in the Cotswolds, Michael is surrounded by landscape subjects which he portrays, often with dramatic lighting effects - from low winter sun to storm clouds sweeping across the Cotswold Hills. He is also well known for his painting of water and the effects of light on rivers, beaches and the sea. Michael's paintings are exhibited widely in galleries in the U.K. He exhibits regularly with the Royal Society for Marine Artists and he has a popular, one-man show each October at his own gallery at the Old Vicarage in Bisley, Gloucestershire.
