We have spent time and effort to ensure that visitors can link to most pages directly with imposing a menu system that would leave them stranded and constantly having to keep using the "welcome link" to the top bar to get back to the sites top level as many sites do.

We are currently developing an area where you can provide comments and suggestions that would enable us to taylor the site more tightly to your needs.
