Message from the Chair

In response to the unfounded, malicious gossip, that seems to be circulating, can I assure everyone that the HVSC is not ‘folding’.  We will be holding maintenance training during the Summer period, for selected squads, and we will be resuming full club training on the last Sunday in August.

  • The HVSC Committee will look to acquire a new Head Coach following the future retirement of our current, Head Coach, Phyllis Zagozda.
  • The HVSC is financially sound – probably in a better financial situation than most clubs
  • The HVSC is committed to future development of swimmers in our area
  • The HVSC relies on the commitment of swimmers and parent volunteers

If you wish to discuss any issue –please contact me directly

 regards,

Steve Jones HVSC Chairman

Welcome to the HVSC web site. Whether you are a member of HVSC or visitor to the site we hope you find the contents useful. If you are a visitor and interested in your child joining the club please contact us on the above link or come along to Ebbw Vale Leisure Centre on Sunday night...

We are looking for parents to volunteer to help out on poolside. If you are interested  please speak to our head coach Phyllis Zagozda or Chairman Steve Jones.

The website has now been updated with the latest information and reports concerning HVSC and it's swimmers. I have also now added a MS Excel spreadsheet to the Results page  that lists HVSC swim times achieved at meets over the last 12 months. I hope you find this useful.

If you would like to see other items included in this web page please let me know.
