Exeter Tutorial College will assist enrolled students in finding private accommodation. Typically our students can live in several privately rented houses together however this very much depends on numbers.

Student accommodation in Exeter is plentiful and on average costs between £90-£110 per week, excluding bills. The majority of students houses have a shared Lounge and Kitchen with 4 - 6 private study bedrooms; this will include furniture. In addition studio flats can be found.
