West Sussex, set in glorious Sussex counrty side, the Norfolk Pavilion is a two storey modern building large enough to accomodate 400 persons for a Dinner Dance, yet adaptable enough to accomodate a small meeting for 10 persons . A room charge hire is levied payable to the Showground, dependant on size & durartion The Pavilion can be used for any stlye of event, from a Product launch to a Wedding reception to a business meeting to a Private dinner venue, what ever your event the pavilion can accomodate it. The catering for your event is provided by ourselves and the menu selection shown accomodates most requests, but once again and requests can be catered for or budgets. The pavilion has good tarmac carparking for 500 cars outside , and over looks the main parade ring with a lawned area & patio if required, access is easily obtained from the M23 & M25 being a quarter of an hour from each and with good signing in from the motorways. Event / Outside Catering. This is an area we are growing into, from a small dinner party for 14 persons to a stylish wedding reception for 300 persons. Our aim as always is that you enjoy the event, knowing that the day is worry free , and will be a success for all. We`ll do the work ... you enjoy yourselves. The menu selection includes staffing, linen & crockery - glass ware can be hired if so required and the prices include VAT, apart from that there are no hidden costs. Bar / beverages can be provided if so required , and charges for the bar draught beer unit is £75.00. The things that make a memorable day for you, is knowing everything will happen as planned, this is our bench mark, and this comes from meticulous planning , experience & hard work on our part. Events need a personal touch, this comes from our professional background, and friendly approach from the regular staff we use, to ensure that everything is right from crisp linen to gleaming glasses, to that warm & friendly welcome, and continued service through out the event. We can assist you in all your needs from which marquee company, or vintage car company is available , to the etiquette of the event, whether you wish it formal or not, we can advise , then you decide. Whatever you need , how formal or not, we can adapt to your requiremnts Christmas 2005. Within the Pavilion we offer a Christmas Package for the festive time small or large.
