The Swift Holiday home range is growing in popularity each year and in the 2010 model year, the breadth of range is extended. The strengthened range features a revised Burgundy range and the next specification level up is the new Bordeaux range. The Moselle range has been refreshed while the top of the range Chamonix and Champagne ranges continue with the same successful formula.

Willerby Holiday Homes have announced the launch of a new division responsible for the BK Bluebird brand. The division's initial models, manufactured at the Willerby factory in Hull were launched in September 2009. Sandycove Holiday Homes were one of a select few companies asked to apply to become an exclusive BK Bluebird Distributor and were appointed in July 2009, re-establishing a long standing relationship with the BK Bluebird brand. 

Victory Leisure Homes announced that their first home rolled off the production line in July 2009, marking the start of full production. The new company moved to the former Cosalt site in April 2009 with a team of 32 and displayed their first range of models in Hull in September 2009.

Atlas Leisure Homes Ltd successfully negotiated terms for the purchase of the intellectual rights, trading titles and trading assets of the old Atlas Holiday Homes Ltd which went into Administration on 17th December 2008. They have started production and displayed their new homes at September's trade show in Cottingham.
