EPM (Enhanced Property Management):
To supplement the extensive global real estate functionality already available within EnterpriseOne a series of enhancements have been developed to reflect more closely the way the property market works in the UK and Europe.

Changes in the areas of VAT, Interest Charges, managing Tenant move-out, rent change processing, rent accrual creation and reconciliation, and multi-currency rent charging are included, together with improved visibility of projected and historical charges.
