Description A telephone support service to address the Customer's issues and queries relating to the UK EnterpriseOne construction and property management applications.
Benefit A dedicated support operation provides quick resolution of queries which means that the Customer maximises the productiveness of their software.
Peak Systems Responsibility

To respond to problems which arise on, or can be demonstrated on Software covered under this Agreement

To answer question via phone

To answer questions sent via email

To either solve the problem or log the call and give the user a call number

To pass the problem to another member of the Peak team to solve if Telephone Support cannot resolve it

To escalate problems that fail to meet the Target Response criteria.

Client Responsibility

To take approved training in the use of any supported software

To nominate an Authorised User to be trained in the use of Support Assistance Software, through whom all support related correspondence will be routed.

To provide Peak Systems support staff with the relevant call information requested to enable the problem to be addressed promptly.

Target Availability

Weekdays 0900 - 1700

Scheduled Closure Saturday, Sunday, Bank and Public holidays
Target Response P1 - Production Critical Cases - Respond within 2 hours
P2 - Production Urgent Cases - Respond within 6 hours
P3 - Standard Priority Cases - Respond within 24 hours
