Remote Support offers remote diagnostics and support. Peak Systems support staff can view problems on their screens and if required take temporary control of the Customers applications, providing a faster resolution to the problem.

Advantages include reduced system downtime, precise problem analysis, fully secure connection, configuration checks, less user intervention, access to error messages, server & client coverage, set-up checks, problem visibility, application testing and re-configuration.

To establish remote connection and resolve issues reported.

To escalate problems that fail to meet the Target Response criteria.

To provide the necessary network information to allow Peak Systems to set-up and operate the remote connection over the Customers domain.

To provide, at the Customer expense, a direct telephone line & power socket near to the server.

Contractual authorisation permitting Peak Systems remote access rights.

To provide password, logins, IP addresses etc. for supported servers and workstations.
