Peak Systems Responsibility

To provide a fully certified Oracle consultant trained to guide you through the Oracle implementation approach and assist you in project managing your installation.

Develop a project plan in conjunction with the customer utilizing the standard Peak Systems six-step project methodology.

Gather> Model> Test> Train> Go-Live> Extend
Client Responsibility To help develop project plan with the Project Manager.
Target Availability Weekdays 0900 - 1700
Scheduled Closure Saturday, Sunday, Bank and Public holidays
Target Response Mutual Agreement and in accordance with agreed Project Plan.
