PMMS was formed in 1987 and has grown steadily since then. We now manage over 2500 properties around London and South-East England. PMMS manages properties for residents' companies and associations both on privately owned estates and for housing associations and also for freeholders. The sites under management range in size from 4 flats in a converted house up to purpose built estates of nearly 300 properties.
Senior partner, Derek Lee is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Our clients have the peace of mind in knowing that in complying with all the Rules and Regulations of the Institution in particular with respect to the handling of clients' money and Compulsory Professional Indemnity insurance they are receiving a recognised quality of service.
