We have recently undergone a major refurbishment of our factory premises, converting it into a modern food production facility with state of the art equipment. The premises, equipment and systems we have in place all comply with all EU and UK legislations, and designed to help us achieve BRC accreditation. The design of the premises ensures the separation of raw / cooked foods during receipt, storage, preparation, cooking, chilling / freezing, finished goods storage and distribution.

We have carefully combined the expertise of traditional methods of cooking with the use of modern technology and machinery. Our whole production process is overseen by highly experienced chefs with many years of experience within the food industry. This allows us to ensure that our products retain their original authentic taste of real Chinese cuisine cooked the traditional way.
