To insure ideal placement we firstly like to meet with our client organisation to discuss the skills, aptitude and knowledge that is necessary for effective job performance. This step also allows us to get a feel of the personal qualities of your organisation including your working environment and staffing requirements.

Secondly, we provide a short list of applicants for interview by way of an extensive pre-selection procedure. This includes a detailed interview of approximately one hour's duration to discuss an applicant's work history, experience and plans for the future. This is combined with tests to confirm skills and abilities, which can if desired, be specified by your organisation beforehand.
