The placing of an order for products distributed by L'Aquila Importers and Distributors implies acceptance of our General Conditions of Sale. These conditions supersede any clause in the customer's documents or correspondence which may differ from or contradict these Conditions.

Prices in force are those valid at the time of order. Prices may change without notice as they are subject to factors beyond our control in the Foreign Exchange Market.

Our terms of payment are COD for non trade account holders and 30 days for trade account holders. An account may be set up at L'Aquila's discretion. To apply please provide bank details and two trade references with your first order. If, once an account has been opened, the credit term is not respected then the account will immediately be stopped and all further orders will revert to a COD basis. A second order will not be sent out if payment for the first order is overdue.

For retail customers delivery is free of charge for orders above £150.00 (London) or £200.00 (outside London, within the UK, with the exception of Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands etc. charged at cost) otherwise a carriage charge of £9.00 will be levied. Delivery will be 3-4 working days from receipt of order. Next day deliveries can sometimes be effected at an additional cost of £11.50. Deliveries outside the UK will be charged extra at cost.

All deliveries must be checked at time of receipt; claims can only be accepted for damage or shortages if they are recorded on the delivery note and reported within three working days of receipt.

All merchandise delivered remains the property of L’Aquila Importers & Distributors until full payment has been received.

Please note that all our products are VAT zero rated except the truffle mandolin, which is vatable.
