Lieutenant Frank John Curtis - killed at Sebastopol - 2nd May 1855. Buried on Cathcart's Hill - "This stone is laid over the remains of Frank John Curtis (Fourth son of Charles Berwick Curtis Esqre of London) Lieutenant in Her Britannic Majesty's 46th Regiment of Foot who fell struck by a cannon ball while on duty in the trenches before Sevastopol at 10pm May 2nd 1855. Aged 23."
