"The site engineer is always willing to explain technical matters which I may not fully understand. He arrives on time but if he thinks that he may be late he always updates me about the situation. He never leaves site without asking if there is anything else I want him to look at. All maintenane records are up to date and I am being informed what problems have been found and when they will be fixed. I always receive a comprehensive update re: any situations. There is a very high level of communication between engineers, contract and maintenance managers and all of them maintain good communication lines with myself. I never feel that there is a lack of time for matters I would like to discuss."
